In the second half of 2010, Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha was a member of an extended family of athletes. Her siblings also played sports, such as hockey and ice skating. Aleesha was also involved in sports such as basketball, softball and soccer. Her bodybuilding journey began when she turned 15 years older. Aleesha earned her professional card by taking home the NPC USA Championships 2014. She started competing in 2008. She also took part in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she placed ninth. In 2015 she maintained her ninth place result. Aleesha qualified for her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2015 & 2016. Aleesha has steadily progressed and in 2019 she took the first professional award, the Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha was the top show at WOS's Rising Phoenix, where she placed 4th in 2020. But, the "World's strongest mother" was forced to stop training for medical motives.
